Reminders can be used to send emails or SMS text messages to users and are are configured by an administrator user.
Events that trigger reminder to send are called “reminder event triggers.” Each reminder event trigger targets a segment of users who will receive the reminders. This glossary describes the intended use of every combination of reminder event trigger and user segment.

Specific user | One or more user accounts specified in the reminder’s “Email” field, at the scheduled time based on enrollment end date, every time a course enrollment has ended. |
