Navigate to Certificate Templates.
Click "Edit" next to the template.
Beneath the "Body" field, change the "Text format" dropdown to Full HTML to view certificate in the WYSIWYG editor. This setting may already be in place.
Use the WYSIWYG editor to stylize content.
Click "Save."
