Here is a list of evolving FAQs concerning the EthosCE Faculty Management Add-on changes coming in version 7.48.
What will happen to my existing course level form disclosures I already collected?
Existing financial relationships collected from faculty users who have submitted the ‘disclosure form' and/or the ‘speaker disclosure form’ will automatically be migrated to the faculty user’s profile under the Financial Relationships tab.
Can I still customize my faculty forms or collect my own financial relationship information?
Yes, These changes do not affect existing faculty form assignments, collections, editing, or creating new forms.
What happens to my financial disclosure field data still in the course faculty forms?
This data will remain in the form, but unable to be edited by any users, including administrators.
