Deleting a Course Object

A course object that is not needed can be deleted.

When deleting a course object, the option is available to delete related content. Be careful, as deleted content cannot be restored.

Referenced course object content cannot be deleted if it is being used by another course. To delete the content, delete all the course objects that reference it, including course objects contained in other courses

  1. Navigate to the course.

  2. Click "COURSE OUTLINE."

  3. Click "Settings" in the row where the course object is located.

  4. Click the "Delete" vertical tab on the left.

  5. Check the "Delete" checkbox.

  6. To delete the content used in the course object, click "Also delete the referenced content."

  7. Click "Update."

  8. Click "Save outline."
