Emailing Enrolled Learners
"Send E-mail" e-mails specific enrolled learners in a course.
Click the “Enrollments” tab.
Check the checkbox next to the learner(s) to email.
Click the "Send e-mail" button.
Type the subject of the e-mail into the "Subject" field.
Type the text of the e-mail into the "Message" field.
Click the “Next” button.
Click the “Confirm” button.
"Signup broadcast" e-mails all enrolled learners in a course.
Click the “Enrollments” tab.
Click "Signup broadcast."
Type the from e-mail address into the "From" field.
Type the subject of the e-mail into the "Subject" field.
Type the text of the e-mail into the "Message body" field.
Click "Send."
If there are no learners enrolled in a course, then the signup broadcast option will not be available.
