EthosCE provides 5 default faculty forms. These forms can be used as-is or modified to better fit the needs of your organization.

Additional forms may be created as needed.

Assigning and reviewing faculty forms

Faculty forms may be assigned to faculty and later reviewed by users with the faculty coordinator role.
