Series workflow dashboard

The Group Admin has access to a workflow dashboard in each Series they have been assigned to manage

To view and filter the workflow dashboard as a Group Admin

1. Log in as a Group Admin.

2. Navigate to the series landing page.

3. Click on the "Workflow dashboard" in the left column.

Global workflow dashboard

The Series Admin has access to view all sessions from a single dashboard. Alternatively, they also have access to the workflow dashboard in each Series.

To view and filter the workflow dashboard as a Series Admin

1. Log in as a user with the Series Admin role.

2. Click the wrench to open the admin menu.

3. Click "EthosCE admin"

4. Click "Series Workflow dashboard."

Available workflow dashboard filters

Group and Series admins are able to filter the workflow dashboard based on the following parameters:

• State - Filters include, "New," "Ready for review," "In Review," "Feedback," and "Approved"

• Session Title - Filter includes searching the system by session title

• Date Range - Filter includes searching the system for a session by start date and end date

• Published - Filter includes searching the system for a session by "Published" or "Unpublished" authorship

One or more filters can be applied at the same time to further limit search results within the workflow dashboard.
