To setup Quiz pagination:
- Add a quiz page question.
- Enter the question page text into the Question box. This text will be show to the learner when the Quiz page displays.
- Click the "Save" button.
- Repeat if more pages are desired.
- Proceed to Reordering questions to place questions within pages.
