Course objects deliver learning materials and functionality inside your course. Course object content can include:

• Quizzes

• Webforms (evaluation)

• Book pages

• Course pages

• Courses

• GoToWebinar

• Link to a file or poll

• SCORM/TinCan

• Warpwire video

• Zoom Meetings

Objects that deliver functionality, as opposed to content include:

• Quiz/Peer comparisons

• Quiz self-assessment

• Payment

• Manual steps (pass/fail)

• Attendance

• Credit

• Certificate.

This section covers the steps you must perform when creating any course object. For instructions specific to a particular type of course object, use the menu at the left or search for the course object name.

There are three steps to creating course objects.

1. Select the type of object you would like to create.

2. Edit the settings for the object.

3. Edit the content of the object.
