The "Zoom" course object is used to register and launch a learner into a new or an existing meeting/webinar in Zoom. When a learner clicks into the Zoom object in EthosCE, they are immediately registered into the Zoom meeting/webinar as well. A link appears for the learner to join the meeting/webinar.
The object is marked complete once the learner has attended the meeting/webinar and has reached the required attendance time.
You will need to have a Zoom account and provide us with the API Key and API Secret from the account in order to use this object.
A Pro tier Zoom account is required to obtain an API Key and API secret.
*Please make sure to provide only the email address and JWT credentials of the Zoom Admin User when submitting a support request for Zoom integration. Only an admin user will be able to configure the required Zoom permissions to enable multiple meeting/webinar hosts.
