About eventScribe

eventScribe is our platform for live event experiences. It includes support for posters, proceedings, floor plans, surveys, digital signage, speaker data, content collection, a mobile app and more.

Working with eventScribe and EthosCE

Participants can register for eventScribe events by enrolling in or purchasing an EthosCE course. This allows for the use of the EthosCE payment solution when registering participants into eventScribe events. No third-party registration system is required.

When the meeting starts, participants will use an EthosCE course object to access the meeting. When the participant clicks the meeting link, the eventScribe course object will seamlessly create a user account in eventScribe and log the user into the event website.

To add an event from eventScribe

  1. Navigate to the course outline.

  2. Add the course object “eventScribe.”

  3. In the course object settings menu, click “eventScribe.”

  4. Select the eventScribe event from the dropdown list.
