  1. Navigate to the course.
  2. Click the "Course outline" tab.
  3. Select "Warpwire video" from the course object dropdown.
  4. Click the "Add object" button.
  5. Click the "Save outline" button.
  6. Click "Settings."
  7. Click the "Warpwire video" tab.
  8. Under Warpwire media click the "Add media" button to add a video.  This will pop-up a new browser open to your Warpwire media libraries.
  9. Select the media library.  
  10. Click on the video or audio file that you wish to add.
  11. Click the "Insert item" button on the bottom of the page.

  12. After returning to the Warpwire video settings in the course outline, add the required viewing time under the "Required viewing" section in the "Warpwire video" tab.

    Enter the required viewing time as a percentage (ex. "80%") or enter a fixed number of minutes as "8." We recommend to subtract at least 2 minutes from the desired required viewing time for the best user experience. For example, if the desired required viewing time is 60 minutes, enter 58 minutes.

    If the required viewing time is specified, the user will not be able to proceed past this object unless the specified length of the video has been viewed.


  13. Update the settings for the display of share links, title and controls as necessary (EthosCE 7.9+). 

  14. Help text may be added to the "Help text" WYSIWYG editor.

  15. Click the "Update" button to save your changes and configurations.
