The available workflow states are as follows:
- "New" - When a Group Administrator creates a series, the default state is set to "New".
- "Ready for review" - When a Group Administrator has assigned a series to a Series Administrator and set the workflow state to "Ready for review", the Series Administrator will receive a notification from the system that the workflow state has changed and the assigned session is ready for review.
- "In Review" - When a Series Administrator changes the workflow state to "In Review", the Group Administrator will receive a notification from the system indicating the workflow state has changed and the session is currently under review by the series admin.
- "Feedback" - When a Series Administrator changes the workflow state to "Feedback", the Group Administrator will receive a notification from the system indicating the workflow state has changed and the Series Administrator is currently seeking feedback from the Group Administrator. Once the Group Administrator has evaluated the session, they would set the workflow state back to "Ready for review". The Series Administrator would then repeat step #3.
- "Approved" - When a Series Administrator changes the workflow state to "Approved", the Group Administrator will receive a notification from the system indicating the workflow state has changed and the session has been approved. The Group Administrator will now be able to view the sms/text enrollment code so that learners can automatically record their attendance and claim credit.
- "Rejected" - When a Series Administrator changes the workflow state to "Rejected", the Group Administrator will receive a notification from the system indicating the workflow state has changed and the session has been rejected.
