The "Zoom" course object is used to connect register and launch a learner to into a new webinar, or an existing meeting/webinar in Zoom. Whenever When a learner is enrolled or unenrolled in the object on the EthosCE end, they are either enrolled or unenrolled on the Zoom end as wellclicks into the Zoom object in EthosCE, they are immediately registered into the Zoom meeting/webinar as well. A link appears for the learner to join the meeting/webinar.
The object is marked complete once the learner has attended the meeting/webinar and has reached the required attendance time.

You will need to have a Zoom account and provide us with the API Key and API Secret from the account in order to use this object. A Pro tier Zoom account is required to obtain an API Key and API secret. *Please make sure to provide only the email address and JWT credentials of the Zoom Admin User when submitting a support request for Zoom integration. Only an admin user will be able to configure the required Zoom permissions to enable multiple meeting/webinar hosts. |
