Course objects must be added to the course for the deeplinks to appear.
Click the "Edit" tab.
Click "Course Settings".
Click "Reminders."
Click "Course object links" at the top of the page.
Click the course object title to expose the deeplink.
Copy and paste the deeplink into the desired Reminder email.
