Publishing content (courses, basic pages, etc) will make the content visible to learners.
  1. Click the "EDIT" tab.
  2. Click the "Publishing" tab.
  3. Attach desired group(s) to the content by selecting a group from the "Your groups" and "Other groups" drop down lists under "Group audience."
  4. Edit the Menu Settings vertical tab.
  5. Edit the Meta tags vertical tab.
  6. Edit the URL path settings vertical tab.
  7. Edit the Revision information vertical tab.
  8. Edit the Comment settings vertical tab.
  9. Edit the Authoring information vertical tab.
  10. Edit the Publishing options vertical tab.
  11. Click "Save."

 

In standard EthosCE, only Site Administrators can move courses between groups.
