  1. Log in with your GoToWebinar account at https://developer.citrixonline.com/

  2. Follow the steps here to create a developer account and : https://developer.citrixonline.com/getting-started-0

    • We use Oauth authentication
    • Name the app EthosCE
    • Set the callback URL to be the base URL for the production site, e.g., https://www.domain.com
  3. Enable GoToWebinar module in EthosCE

  4. Enter the consumer key at admin/config/services/gotowebinar/settings

  5. Complete testing to ensure webinar course object creates a webinar.

  6. Request that the app is put in production mode. This is important, otherwise the API requests are severely limited and calls may fail.

Citrix Requests:

You need to send an email request to developer-support@citrixonline.com with the first four of your api key, the application name, a brief explanation of your application, and some screenshots of the integration.

We will then either assign a production profile to your application or contact you for a short demo of the integration and your application.

Sample E-mail:

I'd like to request a production account for our application, "EthosCE." Our consumer key is abcd.... The application allows for webinars to be created from the learning management system and it will enroll learners and retrieve the amount of time spent in the GoToWebinar webinar.
