Sharing both dashboards, dashboard tiles and individual reports is supported.
Downloading dashboards
Dashboards will download all the data shown on screen. To download all data, a tile or report must be downloaded.
Downloading a dashboard
- Click the wrench to open the admin menu
- Click "EthosCE admin"
- Click "EthosCE Analytics"
- Click one of the dashboard links under "Group EthosCE Analytics" and "Public EthosCE Analytics"
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
- Click "Download as PDF" or "Download as CSVs"
- Select the appropriate options and click "Download." CSVs will download as a single zip file.
Looker notes that when downloading a dashboard as CSV files, the options for formatting downloads, such as setting custom row limits or choosing All Results, are unavailable. The row limits in the downloaded files correlate to the row limits on the corresponding tiles. Typically the default is a limited 50 rows.
We recommend downloading individual reports and setting the Limit to 'All Results.'

- Click the wrench to open the admin menu
- Click "EthosCE admin"
- Click "EthosCE Analytics"
- Click one of the dashboard links under "Group EthosCE Analytics" and "Public EthosCE Analytics"
- Click the 3 stacked dots in the upper right corner of any tile.
- Click "Download"
- Select the appropriate options and click "Download."
Please note that when downloading a tile, the is limited to 50 rows to conserve space on the dashboard - this is mentioned above in the "Info" boxes. To download a report with all rows, select "All results" under the heading "Number of rows to include" in the Advanced options tab when Downloading.

- Click the gear in the upper right corner.
- Click "Download"
- Select the appropriate options and click "Download."
Sending and scheduling
Sending a dashboard or report once
- Click the wrench to open the admin menu
- Click "EthosCE admin"
- Click "EthosCE Analytics"
- Click one of the dashboard or report links under "Group EthosCE Analytics" and "Public EthosCE Analytics"
- Click the gear in the upper right corner.
- Click "Send..."
- Enter a Title
- Enter email recipients. Be sure to click "Add."
- Select the data format
- Click "Send".

Please see the global reports to schedule individual reports. When scheduling, you may user filters to filter a specific course NID, and set the limit to 'All Results.'
Scheduling a dashboard or report for recurring delivery
- Click the wrench to open the admin menu
- Click "EthosCE admin"
- Click "EthosCE Analytics"
- Click one of the dashboard or report links under "Group EthosCE Analytics" and "Public EthosCE Analytics"
- Click the gear in the upper right corner.
- Click "Send & Schedule"
- Enter a Title
- Click "Save & View Look"
- Enter email recipients. Be sure to click "Add"
- Select the data format.
- Configure the schedule.
- Click "Save All".
Alerting
Alerts will notify the administrator when a value reaches a threshold.
Creating an alert
At least one numeric measure is required in a dashboard tile to set up an alert.
- Click the wrench to open the admin menu
- Click "EthosCE admin"
- Click "EthosCE Analytics"
- Click one of the dashboard or report links under "Group EthosCE Analytics" and "Public EthosCE Analytics"
- Hover over the bell icon in the upper right of any tile on the dashboard.
- Click the "Create Alert" button at the bottom.
- Complete the "Alert if..," "Notify by...," and "Send" fields.
- Click "Create alert."
Editing an alert
- Navigate to the dashboard containing the alert.
- Hover over the bell icon in the upper right of the tile containing the alert.
- Click the 3 dots.
- Click "Edit alert."
Editing an alert
- Navigate to the dashboard containing the alert.
- Hover over the bell icon in the upper right of the tile containing the alert.
- Click the 3 dots.
- Click "Delete alert."
- Confirm deletion.
