Problem:

A course or session is missing from Pending Activities, Completed Activities/Transcript, or RSS Transcript.

Troubleshoot:

  1. Is the user enrolled?

  2. Is the course or session published?

  3. If a session is missing, is the series published?
  4. Is the course expired?
  5. Does the course have 'show on transcript' enabled?
  6. Is the course in an unpublished or private learning group?
