Troubleshoot:
Is the user enrolled?
Is there a price on the course? Did the learner purchase the course? If yes, is the order set to complete? Reasoning: The order status must be set to complete so that the learner is automatically enrolled into the course.
Is the course or session published?
If a session is missing, is the series published?
Is the course expired?
Does the course have 'show on transcript' enabled?
Is the course in an unpublished or private learning group?
