EthosCE provides a feature to force users to opt-in to your terms of use. When a terms of use statement is present, learners will be prevented from logging in until it is accepted.

Users will not be able to opt-out on the user profile, so it is the customer's responsibility to provide an opt-out form for end users to request an opt-out.

You many find a sample terms of use statement in our user guide.

Important

The terms of use module will become active when the Terms and Conditions of Use text is entered. Do not save this text until ready to activate the feature.
