Discussion topics allow learners of the system to discuss particular topics via comments. To create a discussion topic:
- Click the wrench to open the admin menu.
- Click "Add content."
- Click "Discussion topic."
- Type a subject in the "Subject" field.
- Add content in the "Comment" field.
- Leave your "Text format" at Full HTML.
- Fill in the common content tabs if necessary.
- Click "Save".
- After your discussion topic is saved it will reload and you will be able to view it.
Discussion topic comments should be monitored frequently in case of human spammers attempting to spam open text areas.
