Log in to the GoToWebinar account at https://goto-developer.logmeininc.com/
Follow the steps here to create an application at : https://goto-developer.logmeininc.com/how-create-developer-app
- We use Oauth authentication
- Set the App name to EthosCE
- Set the Application URL to be the base URL for the production site: https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/gotowebinar/oauth
Log in as a user with the site admin role and enter the consumer and secret key at admin/config/services/gotowebinar/settings
- You'll be prompted to allow the application permissions to the client's GoToWebinar account.
- This will redirect to GoToWebinar, for the approval
- Allow permission to the application.
Complete testing to ensure webinar course object creates a webinar.
Request that the app is put in production mode. This is important, otherwise the API requests are severely limited and calls may fail.
Citrix Requests:
You need to send an email request to developer-support@logmein.com with the first four of your api key, the application name, a brief explanation of your application, and some screenshots of the integration.
We will then either assign a production profile to your application or contact you for a short demo of the integration and your application.
Sample E-mail:
I'd like to request a production account for our application, "EthosCE." Our consumer key is abcd.... The application allows for webinars to be created from the learning management system and it will enroll learners and retrieve the amount of time spent in the GoToWebinar webinar.
