A poll is a simple course object designed to collect an average response from a single question from learners in the course.
Try using a poll to collect per-course information such as course difficulty.
A learner may not proceed past a required Poll until the they cast their vote.
Adding a Poll
- Navigate to the course.
- Click the "Course outline" tab.
- Select "Poll" from the course object dropdown.
- Click "Add object."
- Click "Save outline."
- Proceed to edit the Poll
Editing a Poll
- Navigate to the course.
- Click the "COURSE OUTLINE" tab.
- Click "Edit instance" in a Poll section.
- Edit the choices in the list of text boxes.
- To remove a choice, delete the contents of the text box.
- To add another choice, click the "More choices" button.
- Click "Save."
