Unpublish an Expired Course

Learners will lose access to course materials once a course expires. A course expires once the expiration date is in the past.

Expired courses will not be automatically unpublished.  Unpublishing a course will remove the course from learners' pending and completed activities, so proceed with caution.

To unpublish a course:

1. Navigate to the course.

2. Click the "EDIT" tab.

3. Click the "Publishing" tab.

4. Click the "Publishing options" vertical tab.

5. Uncheck "Published".
