Clearing Certificate Snapshots

Certificate snapshots need to be enabled in order to clear.

When certificate snapshots are cleared, learners will receive the newest up-to-date version of the certificate upon re-downloading the certificate PDF.

Click the wrench to open the admin menu.
Click “EthosCE Admin.”
Click “Certificate snapshots.”
Search by name, title or date.
Check the checkbox next to the snapshot record to be cleared.
Click "Delete snapshot."
Click "Confirm."
