Troubleshooting Analytics access

Some resolutions for known errors when unable to access EthosCE Analytics.

When I view the analytics page I see the error “401: You are not authenticated to view this page”

This error indicates you are logged into EthosCE, but not the reporting engine (Looker data services). The most common cause is having browser cookies blocked, preventing the login information from being stored. The solution is to allow cookies on the EthosCE site.

The steps to accomplish this vary by browser.

I have self-service reporting but do not see the Create links on the analytics page.

This error indicates your account has not been granted the appropriate role permissions. There is a license limit per site. Additional licenses may incur a fee. Please open a technical support ticket in the service portal to request more information about access.
