SMS Attendance - Add On

This is an add-on feature. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.

SMS attendance is used to mark learners as attended and award credit automatically.

This feature includes a view where administrators can search for users via mobile numbers. 

To navigate to the mobile number view:

  1. Click the wrench to open the admin menu

  2. Click 'EthosCE admin'

  3. Click 'Manage users'

  4. Click the 'Mobile numbers' tab

Alternatively, an SMS report is now available to administrators. To view this report:

  1. Login as an administrator

  2. Go to admin/reports/course/sms-codes

Credit must be set up as non-variable on a session to award learners credit automatically.

Note that this add-on is available for both Live and enduring activities that require attendance.
