Submitting an Activity Application Form

When the add-on is enabled, there will be a link to the form that may be made public in the top navigation or distributed to users.

  1. As a user navigate to the Activity Application Form.

  2. Fill out the Activity Application Form.

  3. If the form is not ready to be submitted navigate to the Manage tab.

  4. Click the Save draft button.

  5. When the form is ready to be submitted navigate to the Manage tab.

  6. Click Yes.

  7. Click the Submit button.

Users may access their submitted forms or saved drafts by navigating to My account and clicking on the Course Application Tab.

Users will receive an email confirming that their forms have been submitted.
