Faculty Bio, Credentials, Photo, and CV
Users who have been assigned as faculty to a course or who have been given the faculty role may add a bio, CV.
To add a bio, CV and photo as faculty:
Log in as the faculty user.
Click "My account."
Click "Edit."
Click "Bio."
Type credentials into the "Credentials" field.
Type bio into the "Biography" field.
Click Photo > "Choose file" to upload a profile photo.
Select a photo.
Click "Upload."
Click "Crop."
Drag the corner of the selection box to select the area of the profile photo to display.
Click "Save."
To add a bio and photo as an administrator:
Log in as a user with the faculty coordinator or site admin role.
Click "Edit."
Follow steps 4-12 above.
If the user doesn't have or see the "Bio" tab, make sure they have been assigned the faculty role. This role is assigned automatically when a user is added as faculty to a course.
