Access code (Enrollment group)

The enrollment group access code is used for timed-release access to courses by group.

Each enrollment group is given a unique code. Administrators distribute the codes to learners in their group, and learners can only use the code if they are a member of the enrollment group. In this way, a learner cannot share their code with a learner in another group.

To set an enrollment group access code:

1. Ensure that the course already has an access code set.

2. Log in to EthosCE as a user with the site admin role.

3. Navigate to the enrollment group.

4. Click edit.

5. Enter a code in the “Access code” field.

6. Click “Save.”
