Editing Awarded Credit

This section contains instructions for how to edit credits that have already been awarded to a learner. 

For example, learners sometimes choose an incorrect profile field value and become eligible for a different credit type than needed. If the incorrect credit is then awarded, a site administrator may update the credit type awarded to the learner. The profile field should also be updated to the correct selection to prevent this from recurring. 

In another example, credit may accidentally not be enabled on a course, which will cause learners to receive incorrect credit. Site administrators may revoke any credit that was awarded in error.
