Transcript Troubleshooting

Problem:

A course or session is missing from Pending Activities, Completed Activities/Transcript, or RSS Transcript.

Troubleshoot:

1. Is the user enrolled?

2. Is there a price on the course? Did the learner purchase the course? If yes, is the order set to complete? Reasoning: The order status must be set to complete so that the learner is automatically enrolled into the course. See E-commerce Troubleshooting for further details.

3. Is the course or session published?

4. If a session is missing, is the series published?

5. Is the course expired?

6. Does the course have 'show on transcript' enabled?

7. Is the course in an unpublished or private learning group?
