Manage Profile Fields
Click the wrench to open the admin menu.
Click “Manage Profile Fields”
A listing of profile fields enabled on your site is listed by Label in alphabetical orderClick “Edit” to make changes to a profile field
The following fields are available for editing:
Label- This is the Label that will appear on the site for admins and learners.
Description- This field appears directly below the Label and can be used to provide help text.
Use the WYSIWYG editor to stylize content.
Required - Sets if the Profile field is required to save.
Weight - This controls the order in which the Profile Field displays compared to other Profile Field weights.
Disable and hide this field – when checked, this removes the field from collection on the Profile but does not delete the field, or any data collected from that field.
Click “Save.”
