Reported credit report

The reported credit report contains data about credit that has been reported to external systems, such as PARS, JA-PARS, CPE Monitor, AMS’s, CRM’s or other systems. 

To access the reported credit report:

  1. Log in as a user with the site admin role.

  2. Click the wrench to open the admin menu.

  3. Click “Reports.”

  4. Click “Course reports.”

  5. Click “Reported credit failure report.”

  6. Filter by learner name, course title, learner email, “reported to,” date, sent, or postponed. Click “Apply.”

  7. To download as CSV, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the orange "CSV" icon.

To re-queue or modify reported credit records:

  1. Log in as a user with the site admin role.

  2. Click the wrench to open the admin menu.

  3. Click “Reports.”

  4. Click “Course reports.”

  5. Click “Reported credit failure report.”

  6. Filter by learner name, course title, learner email, “reported to,” date, sent, or postponed. Click “Apply.”

  7. Check the checkbox next to the record(s) to modify.

  8. Click “Requeue / modify.”

  9. To re-queue a record:

    1. Check the “Postponed” checkbox and set the “Postponed” value to “No.”

    2. Check the “Status” checkbox and set the “Status” value to “No.”

    3. Click “Next.”

    4. Click “Confirm.”

  10. To modify a record:

    1. Check the “Response” checkbox and enter the appropriate text. Note that changing this text is only cosmetic. It has no effect on reporting. For example, It might be used if credit was reported manually outside of EthosCE the message needs to be updated to reflect that.

    2. Click “Next.”

    3. Click “Confirm.”
