Variable Credit
Variable credit allows the learner to specify the number of credits to be awarded. The learner can only claim up to the maximum number of credits available in the increment you specify.
For example, the learner could be allowed to claim up to 5 credits in .25 increments.
To enable variable credit:
Navigate to the course.
Click "Edit."
Click "Course Settings."
Click "Course Credit."
Click on the name of the credit.
Check the "Active" checkbox.
Type the increment the learner is allowed to use to claim credits.
Type the number of credits to be awarded in the "Max" field.
Check the "Variable credit" checkbox.
Click "Save."
