Setting a Faculty Form Status

  1. Log in as a user with the faculty coordinator role.

  2. Navigate to the course containing the form.

  3. Click the top "Faculty tab." If only one faculty tab is present, then the current user does not have permissions to manage faculty or the faculty feature may not be enabled.

  4. Click "All forms."

  5. Check the checkbox in the row(s) of the form to be updated.

  6. Click "Update."

  7. Select a status from the dropdown.

  8. Click "Next."

  9. Click "Confirm."
